Website and dashboard terms of use
These terms govern access to satin.agency and the private Satin workspace at app.satin.agency (together, the Services). SIA Satin Agency, Latvia, operates the Services under the SATIN name. Company and contact information appears in our Legal notice. Contact us at help@satin.agency.
1. Scope and agreement
These terms govern website and workspace use. An enquiry, application, invitation, dashboard account or discussion does not itself appoint Satin as a creator's manager, engage a contractor or create a partnership. Paid management, representation, content permissions and contractor engagements require a separate written agreement identifying the parties and agreed work.
Where these terms are presented for express acceptance, accepting them forms the applicable agreement for that use. We make them available to visitors as the conditions on which we permit access; mandatory rights and the legal requirements for contract formation remain unaffected. If you do not agree, do not register for or use restricted Services. You may still contact us to exercise legal rights or report a concern.
An executed service agreement prevails over these terms for its subject matter. A data processing agreement prevails for processing it governs. The Privacy policy explains information handling; acknowledging a privacy notice is not consent to every use of information or acceptance of an unrelated commercial contract.
2. Adult eligibility and geographical availability
Our creator services, recruitment and private workspace are intended only for people who are at least 18 and have reached the applicable age of legal majority. Do not seek access on behalf of a minor or submit material depicting a minor in a sexual context. We may require proportionate age, identity and authority checks before providing restricted services.
We consider enquiries from different countries individually. Access to a website, a country in a form or an available language does not establish service availability, permission to work, platform eligibility or a right to receive payments. We may decline or limit work where local law, sanctions, platform conditions, provider restrictions or our operating capacity prevent lawful delivery. You must provide accurate information about your residence and authority to act.
3. What Satin provides
Satin offers creator management services whose scope may include account operations, approved fan communications, marketing coordination, content planning and reporting. Actual deliverables, supported accounts, approval limits, fees and service hours are agreed separately. We are independent of OnlyFans, MYM and other platforms unless a specific relationship is expressly identified.
The website is not a fan subscription store. A payment or refund for content purchased on another platform is governed by the relevant transaction and platform rules. A dashboard balance, report, approved ledger entry or earnings estimate is an accounting or operational record, not confirmation that a payment has been sent or a bank account connected.
4. Enquiries, recruitment and communications
Please give accurate information that you have permission to share, and include only what the form asks for. Keep passwords, recovery codes, identity documents, private fan records and intimate content out of public enquiry and recruitment forms. If we need any of those details later, use the specifically authorised private process.
Submitting a form does not guarantee a response time, interview, appointment, revenue result or offer. We may seek clarification or decline a request. Recruitment exercises must be your own work unless assistance is expressly permitted. They do not give Satin a general right to exploit unrelated creative work.
We may send communications necessary to deal with your request, security or an existing agreement. This does not subscribe you to marketing. Keep contact information current and notify us if a communication appears suspicious.
5. Workspace access and security
An invitation or account is personal and may be used only within the access granted to you. Protect your credentials, use available security measures and promptly report suspected loss, unauthorised access or mistaken disclosure. Do not share accounts, bypass access controls, grant access to an unapproved substitute or use another member's session.
Permissions, creator assignments and access to private records can change as work changes. Reporting position, an organisational title or access to one record does not confer access to other records. You may use private information only for authorised work and must not export it to personal devices, unapproved tools or another agency without permission and an appropriate lawful basis.
We may log security and relevant workspace activity as described in the privacy notices. Authorised business records may remain available to people with a legitimate need to review them after your access ends. Our security measures reduce risk but do not guarantee uninterrupted or invulnerable systems.
6. Permitted use and prohibited conduct
Use the Services lawfully and comply with our Acceptable use and content safety policy. In particular, do not:
- exploit, coerce, threaten, harass or discriminate against another person;
- submit unlawful sexual material, non-consensual intimate material, stolen content or sexual depictions of minors;
- impersonate someone without authority, misrepresent who provides a service or make promises outside your approved authority;
- interfere with systems, spread malware, evade rate limits, probe private data or use obtained credentials without permission;
- scrape private information, sell access, send unsolicited bulk messages or use the Services to build unauthorised profiles of individuals;
- falsify identity, age, sales, time records, evidence, signatures, expenses or reports;
- circumvent platform restrictions or enable another person to do anything prohibited here.
These restrictions do not prevent lawful whistleblowing, reporting to authorities, exercising employment or privacy rights, or good-faith criticism.
7. Intellectual property and submitted material
Satin or its licensors own the website design, branding and original materials. You may view them and retain reasonable extracts for evaluating our services or performing authorised work, with attribution and rights notices intact. Other reuse requires permission unless applicable law permits it. Platform names and third-party marks remain their owners' property; references do not imply endorsement.
You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant Satin only the limited permission reasonably necessary to receive, store, review and use that material for the purpose for which you provided it and to meet applicable legal duties. This permission does not authorise public use of your identity, intimate content or application as advertising. Creator content licences, case studies, testimonials and promotional use require separate, specific authority.
Do not submit material you are not entitled to supply. Where your material includes another person's information or likeness, the relevant rights and privacy conditions must also be satisfied. A copyright licence does not replace consent to intimate activity or a lawful basis for personal-data processing.
8. Creator control and third-party accounts
A creator retains ownership of their platform account and content subject to the platform's terms and the agreed rights of other contributors. Authority to assist with an account is limited to the written scope and the platform's permitted access methods. These website terms do not transfer ownership, authorise a change of payout recipient or permit unlimited publication or messaging.
Platforms control their availability, moderation, payout rules and contractual requirements. We cannot guarantee that a platform will approve, maintain, restore or monetise an account. We remain responsible for our own obligations and conduct; using a third-party platform does not excuse our breach of an agreement or mandatory law.
9. Information, examples and results
Website information is general information about our services. Financial examples, illustrative profiles and projections are not guarantees or verified results unless expressly identified and supported as such. Actual results depend on factors including the creator's work, audience, platform decisions and market conditions. No minimum earnings, ranking, follower count or recovery of marketing expenditure is promised by these terms.
Articles do not provide individual legal, tax, investment or medical advice. Obtain advice suited to your circumstances before relying on a general explanation for a significant decision. If a material statement appears inaccurate, please tell us so we can investigate.
10. Changes, availability and suspension
We may maintain, update or discontinue website features. We will act reasonably when a change affects ongoing contracted work and follow the notice and continuity requirements of the relevant agreement. Temporary service interruption does not automatically terminate a commercial agreement.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate misuse, comply with law or platform requirements, or address a material breach. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and offer an appropriate way to respond. Urgent protective action may precede notice. An access restriction does not itself determine disputed earnings, extinguish payment obligations or authorise destruction of required evidence.
11. Responsibility and liability
We will exercise the care required by applicable law and any executed agreement. We do not promise that the free website will always be available, error-free or suited to every purpose. Each party must take reasonable steps to avoid and reduce foreseeable loss.
For business use of the free website, and only to the extent lawful, Satin is not responsible for indirect or consequential commercial losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant obligation arose, or losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Responsibility for paid services, fees, indemnities and any agreed monetary limit is addressed in the separate service agreement; no fee cap is created by these website terms.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, death or personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be limited, data protection liabilities that cannot be waived, or any other non-excludable responsibility. Nothing removes mandatory consumer remedies or makes you responsible for Satin's own wrongdoing. You do not give a blanket indemnity merely by visiting the website.
12. Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact help@satin.agency with the subject and relevant reference. Our Complaints and removal policy explains reporting and review. You need not exhaust our process before exercising a statutory right, reporting a crime or seeking urgent legal relief.
Latvian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply in your country. Business disputes concerning these terms may be brought before the competent courts of Latvia. Where you act as a consumer, any mandatory right to rely on the laws of your habitual residence or bring proceedings in another competent court is preserved. Nothing imposes compulsory arbitration or a waiver of collective rights.
13. General provisions and updates
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. You may not transfer restricted account access without permission. A change of Satin's ownership or operating entity does not silently transfer a personal-data consent or amend your signed agreement; any assignment or replacement agreement must satisfy its terms and applicable law.
We will identify material revisions and give appropriate notice before applying them to an existing relationship where required. A revised website page does not retrospectively change an executed contract, accrued entitlement or earlier consent. The version expressly accepted for a transaction remains available in the relevant record. Mandatory local-language requirements prevail over a convenience translation.
