Before anyone accesses an account, agree who is authorized, which tools the platform permits, what assistance subscribers should understand and how questions are escalated. A creator voice guide can cover tone, permitted topics, content boundaries, offers and approval rules.

Coverage, assigned staffing and response expectations belong in the written service scope. A shared shift roster differs from exclusive staff. Do not assume around-the-clock availability, five exclusive chatters or automated messaging from a package name.
