Acceptable use and content safety policy
This policy applies to Satin's website and private workspace and, where incorporated into a separate agreement, work carried out through Satin. It supplements the Terms of use. It does not authorise content or activity that a platform or applicable law prohibits.
1. Adult participation and voluntary decisions
Everyone participating in intimate content must be at least 18 and legally capable of participating where the work occurs. Appropriate identity, age, authority and permission checks must be completed before use. Appearance, an account badge or another person's assurance is not a substitute for required verification.
Participation must be freely chosen. No one may use threats, debt, financial pressure, withheld credentials, withheld identity documents or threats of disclosure to force someone to create content, communicate with a fan or accept an activity. A creator may refuse a request or pause an activity that exceeds their boundaries. A refusal does not authorise retaliation or publication without permission.
2. Material and conduct that are prohibited
Do not create, request, upload, distribute or facilitate:
- sexual material involving a minor, a person presented as a minor, or age-ambiguous sexual material that cannot be lawfully and reliably cleared;
- trafficking, exploitation, sexual coercion, sexual violence, or sexual activity involving someone unable to consent;
- intimate imagery shared without the depicted person's valid permission, including manipulated or synthetic intimate depictions of an identifiable person without permission;
- stolen media, unauthorised recordings, doxxing, extortion, stalking, credible threats, harassment or unlawful discrimination;
- false identities, forged consent records, fabricated sales or work evidence, unlawful financial activity or sanctions evasion;
- malware, credential theft, circumvention of access restrictions, unauthorised data extraction or disclosure of confidential information;
- content or communications prohibited by the relevant platform, even if a creator or colleague requests them.
Ordinary public enquiry and recruitment forms must not receive intimate content or verification documents. Disabled attachment or GIF features must not be bypassed through another channel to evade an access or content restriction.
3. Content authority and records
Before publication or a material change of use, confirm the creator's instructions, all depicted adults' permissions, relevant intellectual-property licences, approved platforms and territory restrictions. Releases must identify the material and allowed uses with enough precision to verify them later. A broad management appointment is not unlimited consent to every future activity.
Keep required release and verification records in the authorised private location with access limited to those who need them. Do not put identity documents into general chats, public folders or marketing systems. If authority is missing or disputed, pause the affected use and escalate; do not resolve uncertainty by assuming consent.
4. Fan communications and authorised representation
Team members may communicate through a creator account only within the creator's documented authority and the platform's rules. Do not falsely promise personal access, real-world meetings, exclusive relationships, earnings or deliveries that have not been authorised and cannot be provided. Use disclosures about assisted account operation where required by law or platform rules. Do not evade those requirements by describing all communication as role-play.
Follow approved content boundaries, prices, discount limits and complaint routes. Do not target known minors, exploit apparent incapacity or vulnerability, threaten exposure, fabricate an emergency or use sensitive private information to pressure spending. Escalate credible threats or safety concerns without making unapproved assurances of secrecy.
5. Account and information security
Use approved access methods and only the permissions needed for your assignment. Keep the creator's account ownership, recovery controls and payout arrangements protected. Do not install unapproved integrations, feed private messages or intimate content into external tools, or copy fan databases to another client or agency.
Contractors must meet the confidentiality and security terms of their engagement. Any proposed substitute or subcontractor requires the applicable authorisation before receiving data. Remote work from another country can change privacy and access requirements and must be disclosed before protected information is accessed there.
6. Reports, protective steps and review
Report concerns to help@satin.agency. Include the relevant URL or account reference and a concise description. Do not download, forward or attach suspected child sexual abuse material or unnecessary intimate copies as evidence. If someone faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or authority as well; this inbox is not an emergency service.
Satin may pause publication, restrict an account, preserve limited evidence or refer a matter to an appropriate platform or authority when necessary and lawful. We will assess reports proportionately, minimise disclosure and provide an opportunity to respond where safe and lawful. We do not disclose a complainant's legal identity automatically to the reported person.
Use the Complaints and removal policy to request reconsideration. Good-faith reporting and lawful cooperation with regulators are protected from retaliation. Any action affecting contractual payment, termination or retained evidence must follow the applicable agreement and law; a content report does not itself forfeit earned compensation.
