Your content, permissions and account control
A management relationship starts with consent and an agreed scope. This page explains SATIN's intended creator-control principles. It is not the website privacy notice, a platform's terms or a substitute for a reviewed agreement.
Content ownership and limited permissions
You retain rights to your original content. A management agreement should grant only the permissions needed for approved sales, promotion, administration and rights enforcement. Define channels, duration, permitted edits, collaborators and what happens when the relationship ends.
You decide your content boundaries. Approval of one campaign is not permission for unrelated uses. Any collaborators' releases and platform verification requirements must be satisfied before their content is used.
Account access must follow platform rules
Access arrangements need separate review for OnlyFans and MYM. Agree authorized people, allowed tools, scopes, escalation and revocation. Prefer the least access required and platform-supported controls; never share credentials through a marketing application.
The creator should understand who may assist with messaging, what subscribers are told and how sensitive requests are handled. Neither human assistance nor automation is exempt from platform policy.
Payouts, reports and account records
Platform payouts remain payable to the creator unless another lawful, platform-permitted arrangement is separately verified. Agency invoices and reconciliation do not mean SATIN controls the platform's payment schedule.
Agree access to usable reports and the underlying definitions: cleared earnings, attributed messaging sales, commission, adjustments and marketing work. Dashboard functionality and any media storage should be demonstrated and checked before inclusion in a contract.
Copyright assistance has limits
Any copyright enforcement requires the rights holder's authority and accurate identification of the work. Assistance can include documenting URLs and preparing an authorized notice. Removal depends on the facts, applicable law and the recipient's process; it is not guaranteed.
Do not send false takedown claims, expose private identity details unnecessarily or promise that every copy can be removed. Legal advice and disputed ownership require qualified review.
Exit and handover checklist
Plan the exit tasks together: reconcile outstanding fees and reversals, transfer agreed reports and campaign records, list active permissions and revoke authorized access under the approved agreement and platform controls. Financial reconciliation must not be assumed to prevent creator-permitted access revocation. Confirm which content licenses expire and which uses require continuing permission.
Agree how stored media and personal information are returned, deleted or retained under actual obligations. Contract notice and retention periods must be approved; an informal checklist does not create legal terms.
