SATIN management plans and commission rates
These are SATIN's proposed plans and commission rates. Your final agreement will explain the services included, which earnings count toward the fee and how the fee is checked. The examples do not predict your income or replace a signed agreement.
Compare the plans
We propose an initial management term of 90 days. Your written agreement will confirm the terms before you start.
| Plan | Commission | Which earnings the fee applies to | Included support |
|---|---|---|---|
| SATIN Chat | 25% | Cleared earnings from chats and direct messages managed by SATIN | Approved messaging support, quality checks, team supervision and reports. You manage your marketing. |
| SATIN Growth | 40% | Cleared earnings from the accounts named in your agreement | Messaging, marketing, audience and content planning, with reports. |
| SATIN Management | 50% | Cleared earnings from the accounts named in your agreement | Growth services, plus account coordination, collaborations and agreed content-rights support. |
| SATIN Private | 55–60% | Cleared earnings from the accounts named in your agreement | Extra staff and support, agreed with you. |
Estimate your management fee
Use an example amount or figures from your platform's earnings report to see how the fee is calculated. This does not predict your income or give financial advice. Calculate each platform and currency separately.
Use a decimal point and up to two decimal places. No thousands separators.
Negative amounts represent reversals. Do not count an adjustment twice if it is already in cleared earnings.
- Cleared earnings
- $1,000.00
- SATIN commission
- $400.00
- Your amount after SATIN's fee, before personal taxes
- $600.00
Platform payout timing is separate. Currency conversion and personal taxes are not calculated here.
Ordinary agreed marketing work and expenses are included within this commission. Paid media budgets and optional extras require agreed scope; no separate marketing charge is deducted here.
What cleared creator earnings means
Cleared earnings are the amount recorded by the platform after its fees, refunds, chargebacks and other adjustments, before SATIN's fee and your personal income taxes. A chargeback is a payment reversed after a dispute. Use the figures from your platform statement: OnlyFans and MYM may apply different deductions.
Identify the contracted accounts, currencies, transaction types and reconciliation period. Document exchange rates if currencies are converted. Keep delayed reversals traceable to earlier invoices instead of hiding them in a headline revenue figure.
How Chat attribution differs
SATIN Chat's 25% applies only to objectively attributable cleared earnings from managed chats or direct-message transactions. It does not automatically apply to all subscriptions, tips or other account revenue.
The agreement must define subscriptions, renewals, upsells, tips, disputes and the supporting transaction record. If attribution cannot be established, the calculator cannot produce a valid Chat fee. Agree a documented method before charging.
Marketing included, spending agreed
Growth, Management and Private include ordinary agreed marketing work and expenses within the commission. SATIN funds that agreed scope; the example does not deduct a second marketing charge from your earnings.
Included marketing is not an unlimited advertising budget. Paid media channels, a realistic cap and approval process require an agreed scope. Production, travel, optional third-party services and other work outside the package require a specific written agreement before costs are incurred.
Invoices and platform payouts are separate
Weekly, biweekly or monthly agency reconciliation can be agreed independently of the platform's withdrawal schedule. The creator remains the platform payout recipient unless a lawful, platform-permitted alternative is separately verified and agreed.
The example shows the remainder before personal taxes, not cash that is available for immediate withdrawal. Platform holds, reversals, taxes, currency conversion and other contractual adjustments can affect settlement.
Term, renewal and exit
Your agreement will confirm the starting term, renewal rules, notice period and which law applies. These terms need legal review and agreement before signing. No notice period or penalty is final until it is agreed in writing.
Before signing, review the scope, content license, authorized access, billing evidence, escalation path and exit checklist. Plan how permissions are revoked, records handed over and any retained data handled. Obtain independent legal and tax advice where appropriate.
